Completed while in a university studio course, The United states Botanic Garden brochure had two purposes, to teach us how to create a printed piece from research to print, as well as let us explore the DC area. It was the student’s job to go to the site, do their own research, and take their own photographs. It was also their job to work with a printer to get the piece finalized and on press. It was the application of years of hearing and learning about how the industry works.
